I had the same problem. I checked everything but the problem persisted. Luckily I lived in LA and brought it to the ARG shop. The problem was traced to an aftermarket Bluetooth device that I had installed. He disconnected it and the radio worked perfectly!

How would I install a navigation unit similar to what you installed on a mercedes w203 that doesn't have fibre optics? When I installed the navigation unit it comes on but only stays on the mercedes emblem

Hi, as soon as I had the radio problem I noticed my panel door that held the cd changer would not open. How would I trouble shoot that first?

My car radio and nav works but the volume stays on low, you could barely hear it, will it work for mine
Mine does this and when I turn up the volume all the way up it will cut the right side off from playing music and will only play sound from right side. Static is also a problem with it. Ordered some fiber optic loop from Amazon and will check it out tomorrow after work. If I have to replace any of these modules would the module themselves have to be programmed if I took the module out of a junkyard donor car or is it a direct swap and play???
2009 E350, the radio comes on for about a minute then cuts off and back on, any idea what the problem could be

I check everyhthing and bypass all im bypass the navigation cd player im bypass the telephone module
I dont know what to do please help im seeing the audio gateway but the audio gateways fiber optic cable dont has light
And that before i bypass the navigation cd and the telephone module and works fine but when i replace the battery that was doing the same shows up amg logo and then shuts off please help
E350 2007... i press cd changer opener and it doesn't open. Logo only stay on for a few seconds and then shuts off. Tried fiber optic loop. Nothing seems to work.

Yes! In the end...All I needed was to subscribe to my satellite radio provider! That simple...lol

@@maleikish subscribed to Satellite Radio... that simple! Bought it from a dealership and it wasn't already installed. So, if yours never worked from the beginning, try subscribing your vehicle.

-the radio does not automatically shut off when the key is pulled
-the radio does this when the car is running

-I get a three minute warning to insert my key before it shuts off

bularye hichem this video is just for tips and to help others. I’m not a video maker nor this channel is professionally made. If making videos was my full time job then yes it would be very precise and made with a better camera and a lot of other factors that would make a great tutorial video.

Hey guys, I've had a 2008 Mercedes Benz E350 for 2 years now. The Harmon kardon Logic7 sounded amazing. Until one day my CD changer stopped working while I had CDs inside . I've been reading forums and some people said to remove the fuse for AGW, the CD changer and the radio. I followed the steps took the fuses out, put them back, and at the end the CD changer started working again. But ever since I removed the fuses and put them back into place, my sound has not been the same. I used to get powerful bass from the front speakers, and the subwoofer , and an awesome clear surround sound experience. So much question is do I have to go into engineering mode to get the sound back, or what do I have to do to get the sound? Because I believe that after removing the fuses I must've messed up a component in the radio system that has to be readjusted. I still get sound, but it's not the same as it used to be before I removed the fuses. Sometimes I try, and I put the bass to maximum, and nothing happens.

@@omarkokobobo Hey, I live in Florida. Does the issue I'm having sound familiar? Because after putting the fuses back I still get sound but there's no bass at all, even if I increase it. I feel like there's a readjustment to be done in engineering mode or something.
Ghyher jules I thought you were here and i could send you to a really good electrician place. Unfortunately i sold mine i can not help you with anything sorry.
Ghyher jules try changing the amp from a junk yard and see if it will work, it will be placed on the left side in the trunk. You have to take the left panel out.

Why German car have a lot of electrical issue this including BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Mercedes Benz.? Japan car seem be much better reliable !
The best option you could do is, install double-din stereo with navigation system! Don’t waste your money/time ! With this junky radio !
Hassan Alkhawaher you could do that but then you have to by pass the amp or other wise the sound won’t be nice as the original stereo also the system for the sound work by the fiber optic wiring you have to by that that whole system.

A person told me to remove the positive cable on the battery for 3 min and reconnect. The radio should start.

what fuses you didn't even open anything, seriously when you do this type of video you actually go through each point showing step by step what to do, other wise people don't take you seriously
