What to do if you have concerns about memory difficulties

CNTW, in partnership with Alzheimer’s Society, Age UK Northumberland and Carers Northumberland, have co-produced two short films with service users who are living with a dementia diagnosis, and their carers, to promote and encourage people in Northumberland to access support if they are concerned about memory and thinking.
This short film helps to explain what you can expect to happen, if you notice a change in your memory or thinking.
