      @@sowmya8119 Hi sowmya garu plz don't call me madam and pcod problem is just a small hormonal im balance in our body I lost my pcod problem by eating seeds told by smita sister in video and eating of carrot beetroot curry twice a week and daily walking drinking 3_ 4 litres of water and maintaining of good haemoglobin levels in my body I lost pcod problem so don't worry and stay strong sowmya garu 🙂🙂
