round 1, green berets loses trying to tighten the rope to swing and gets confused on turning around when hang crawling. round 2, green berets loses picking up barrel differently which takes more time. round 3 green berets loses just cause Austin is twice the mans size lol

Green Beret did really well considering his inexperience with the course and large size disadvantage on the strength-based events. I think with a little practice he would challenge him

This is a prime outcome of the the GB having the weakest selection of any SOF. The consistently produce subpar operators.
I mean this GB operator couldn’t out perform a navy guy!!!
This wouldn’t happen with any other member of the SOF communtiy
@@Midnitedreary88 Jesus that's a dumb take, this is a an obstacle course, sof and conventional forces both do these kinds of things regularly this doesn't really take away from the green beret at all they're not super human, they all have different skills for different jobs

Given the size difference and one guy with no experience in the course, Joshes sprit is exemplary! Even 2 pts down, he was right on the heels and all 3 events where quite close. I wanna see more of this dude.
I love the members of the SF community. They are world class athletes and efficient killers, yet so humble.
I love the San Francisco community too! However, I'm not sure about them being humble killers...though they do wear some killer outfits during Pride.
This GB is nowhere near a world class athlete. The fact he lost this just goes to show that the GB aren’t as elite as they market bro. It was embarrassing to watch that GB lose those challenges

My dude that is a stupid question, it is an irrelevant question.
No other member of any other SOF group would have lost that challenge.
GB are known for being the least athletic of the SOF community. It’s also known for having the easiest selection of any other SOF group.
This is also mad apparent by the fact this GB lost a simple challenge to a non SOF Navy dude. It’s disgusting and I’d be embarrassed as shit.

Medical staff recommended to support hands on the head to open up the diaphragm, that actually does the opposite. What the guys are doing is called a tripod position, this does in fact reduce the work of breathing. Our coaches all lied to us lol.
I mean it makes sense too, why would we naturally go into that position otherwise 😭😭
For people with COPD or even Asthma the tripod position is the preferred position, it just helps them breath easier which makes sense when trying to recover after such an extreme actitvity.

The green beret guy is a beast... If they try this challenge on a different field that not one of them are familiar with. With no doubt, green beret will destroy the other guy...
I dont know the time is not even close...if its within 10 sec maybe...but that is over 20 sec, there is clearly a physical differences...

Austen Alexander. You should try the 75th ranger regiment RPFT.
58 push ups (2 minutes)
69 sit ups (2 minutes)
5 mile run (under 40 minutes)
And Chin ups (as many as you can do) (not pull ups)
Not sure if it’s different in batt but the RPFT for ranger school is the same thing but you have to do 49 push-ups and 56 sit-ups.
How much time in between each exercise

I think he did that a while ago, and it turned out exactly like this one--Austen put up a really good effort but, ultimately, the instructors who have done the course many times absolutely schooled him. Being familiar with the gear and terrain makes a huge difference.

Saw this all the time on various deployments I was on back in the 90's Navy vs Marines out of all events we would compete against each other. Six or seven Marines would win the events then on final event one Navy guy would step up and knock everyone out and win the final event. It happen on almost ever single final event of competition. Navy would take home the trophy.
Shoulda done a long ruck and land nav with a ruck on just to spice it up lol
The thing about these competitions is that a Marine vs a swat team member prepares his body according to what it’s going to be used for. Whomever is going to win is really based on the competition outline.
