David Garcia I don’t have a legal back ground but I did read part of the briefing on Sydney’s twitter account. Basically the judge said to wait to file more briefings until the government has disclosed everything to her. Sydney and her team were filing after every new Brady evidence came forward. Sydney seems upset about it and I don’t understand why.
