So, in this video, we are about to explore the top 10 Dog Breeds that Possess the Most Unyielding Predatory Nature.

    Hey friends, which dog breed would you most like to own, and which would you never want to own?

    • @1998TDM
      @1998TDM Před 25 dny

      Lol, I don't want to own my dog... Got her as a rescue at about 4 months guessing she had a swathe of Staffie or Pitbull in her, breeds I love. And here we are 4 years later with an implacable terminator. Turns out she's from a line of hunting dogs with bull terrier, Kelpie and sight hound in the mix. Perfect dog if you want friends to stop visiting, have other dogs causing problems, want to be alerted if a person or car so much as dares slow down as they go past, want to get rid of vermin, cats and any other wildlife and you need a dog that can solve a rubics cube while she constantly figures out new ways to rattle your cage.
      On the bright side, she looks cool, very easy to train, then ignore you, and makes sure you're up just before dawn everyday.

    I have had a Rhodesian Ridgeback.
    He was perhaps a bit different as he was a pacifist.
    He was not violent even if harrased by other dogs he could easily have defeted if he had wanted to.
    He also had no interest in wild animals what so ever.
    There could be abundent hares, deer or water fowl around. It did not interest him at all.
    I thought that was great as I could always have him off leash in the woods without fear that he would chase wild animals or atack other dogs.
    He was just a friendly sweet sould.

    This is an okay list, but I think the American Pitbull really should have been on here. Their prey drive is very strong, probably stronger than any breed on this list. It is so strong that they can be seen going after animals as large as cattle, horses, pigs, donkeys, etc. and even bringing these large animals down. One Pitbull is able to go after an animal with the ferocity of a wolf pack but with even more tenacity.

      @goatman3828 Před měsícem +6

      @Game_Source of the 4 Pitties I've had on my farm, 2 actually chase dogs that come to F@ck with the cows. My current pup is best friends with the chickens. They literally play 'tag' together. Her best friend is a rabbit that lives behind the garage. NONE have ever taken off after anything without me telling them to. Not turkeys, not squirrels, not other dogs, not cows, not horses, not pigs, not sheep, not goats, you get the idea. And my "training" consists of 1) come when I call. 2) stay out of the road. And 3) don't 💩 on the carpet. That is the entire training schedule. And every time I take them places everyone thinks they are service dogs. Though I will admit my last pup did have aggression issues with earthworms. Yup, earthworms.

    • @Game_Source
      @Game_Source Před měsícem +7

      @@goatman3828 Good for you, but are we supposed to ignore all the stories out there of Pitbulls that have went after, attacked, and sometimes even killed horses, cows, llamas, donkeys, goats, sheep, etc.? Should we just ignore the fact that they are more likely to go after such large animals more so than other dogs? American Pitbulls are great dogs that tend to be very human friendly/tolerant, but taking on other animals, large and small, is what they were bred to do. People often use them for hunting wild boar because of it.

    • @goatman3828
      @goatman3828 Před měsícem +9

      @Game_Source there are over 12 breeds of dog that all get lumped into the 'Pit Bull' pile of misdeeds. Pitties are rated as less aggressive than Labrador Retrievers. And have very similar bite force also. To be honest even I was a bit surprised that the Lab is rated more agressive. These dogs were bred from the very beginning to be extremely nonreactive with people. And we're called 'the Nanny Dog' a century ago. But starting in the 70's some really crappy lowlifes decided to start having some fun dogfights in their backyards and all hell broke loose on the media circuit. Vicious Pit Bulls were loose. What color? Didn't see. How many? Didn't count. How big? Couldn't tell. But by God they were pitbulls!
      But for the sake of argument, let's go with this narrative. How would you like to be condemned for what less than 1% of your demographic (and 11 other demographics) are said to be like? Ed Sheeran has red hair. Does that make ALL redheads professional singers? 1 captain crashes his boat into the dock. Should we ban all shipping now? Those nasty rat-faced chihuahuas bite more people than ALL OTHER DOGS COMBINED. Where is the outrage? Where are the bans? Why no media blitz? And that is JUST chihuahuas. Not 11 other rat-faced looking breeds too.
