Me and my older sister used to share a room and at one point we only had one bed so we would sleep opposite directions. I would always try to hug her feet (what can I say I was a cuddly child 😂), and one time she tried to kick me off and cut my face with her big toenail lmaOO 🤣

Also, weighted blankets you mentioned - we use these with kids who have sensory issues or certain disabilities. They're proven to help a LOT. It basically makes them feel like they're being held/hugged. Hope this helps😊

Don't know if anyone answered the weighted blanket question already, but just in case: yes, they really help. It's a comfort and security thing, you actually feel more protected in your most vulnerable state. Hence your sleep is deeper and you feel more rejuvenated after. It's also supposed to help with too much restless movement. I absolutely love them (at least in spring/autunn/winter 😅) 💜💜

Hi! Weighted blankets are mainly for people with Insomnia or (multiple different sorts of) anxiety!
It's supposed to make you feel like you're being hugged,
or like you are being held down or being kept warm by another person or figure.
It calms down your brain and body.
And yes! they really do work!
I have a 15 pound one and it works like magic!
you can get heavier ones, but personally I like it to be like a gentle embrace or like someone is comforting me.
separation anxiety and just adhd and anxiety in general can be very difficult to sleep with.
Weighted blankets are such a big help for me. Would recommend

Funny you should mention weight blankets my 28 yr old daughter just had one delivered this morning! It's 7kg in weight she said if feels like the beans inside bean bags. I will let you know her thoughts on this after using it today. At the moment both my daughters 26 and 28 are covid + for the first time with most symptons unfortunately and I am in my 5 week of bronchitis so watching your videos makes me feel a lot lot better that is until I have a coughing fit from laughing so much but it's worth it!! I would share a bed with Yoongi, simply because I know he sleeps curled up, and be in that spot. He would be kicking me. And yes, I can fall asleep and be in that same position until I wake up to go to the bathroom 😂. I sleep on my stomach, with the blankets wrapped as much around me as possible. And there were times my Mama(grandmother) would come into my room at night to shake me awake to make sure I'm alive. 😂 I would be so heated. Like it be the best damn sleep of my life, and I be shaken to wake up because they couldn't tell if I was breathing. "Comin' like yuh sleep like dead." My Mama would say, with the audacity to be upset like she was awaken from her sleep. 🇯🇲 Like let me be dead then.😂 It nuh trouble mi. 🙄
6:13 me how is constantly moving, twisting, and sprawled out in my sleep. My mom use to tell me no when I went to her at night. I had a friend who ended up sleeping on a floor one time cause of me.
Granted I have gotten better but still do not trust it. Put a pillow in the middle of the bed and I stay on my side… but the blanket may not stay with you

pressure calms down the nervous system so essentially the weighted blanket does the same. it just calms down the nervous system which can aid in quality of sleep
I think I would be okay sharing a bed with Yoongi, unless I'm remembering incorrectly and he snores. He doesn't flail all over, he really is like a cat. If he hogged the blanket, though, that would be a battle. I'm not giving that up for anything.

Weighted blankets are for anxiety. The extra weight bearing down calms and grounds the person. It can also be used for naps or just to wrap around you during the day. You can sleep with it at night too, but it's basically just to calm you down.

Jimin. I sometimes like to stay up late and sometimes I go to bed at a decent hour. I like to snuggle then not move a lot and no snoring. I can’t sleep with noise unless it’s music and not really loud. Also, I hate people who are cheerful are wide awake within 30 seconds of waking up. It’s annoying. Be confused about what and where you are for a bit, then be “should we go back to sleep for a few?” about it and stare into space again for a couple minutes with me. I’m pretty sure he fits the bill for all that. 🤣🤣🤣 Most important is no snoring and no unnecessary morning pep.
I'd have to choose Jimin, V or JK to bunk with. They like to cuddle. I can add JHOPE in the mix as well. As far as the weighted blanket, I tried it and just don't like it. It's heavy and hot in my opinion.

@@Christine-eo4nz right, although I feel its only right if I pick suga cause I feel like we would both be out cold. 😭 and to answer about the blanket… you dont wash them often because it will ruin it but you just wash it the same as clothes but on different settings so it doesnt get messed up. Like you have to turn down the tumble settings and heat on the dryer when drying it.
