The first time that I met God. It was June 30, 1978. I was sitting on the couch in my parent's cabin in Northern Wisconsin on Lake Amnicon. There was a north wind blowing over the lake. As I sat the wind quickly shifted to a south wind and a warm breeze came into the cabin. As it came through the leaves on the birch trees just outside it made the sound of the most beautiful wind chimes you have ever heard. I was filled with a feeling of joy. Raging joy. It was just so good. Joy unspeakable and full of glory. I can't over emphasize how good it felt. It only lasted a few seconds then it subsided. I believe that I was anointed with the oil of gladness that day. As I have waited on the Lord since I have had many supernatural experiences. Some even more profound than the one I described. We serve a very good God. A faithful God. Wait on the Lord. Wait, I say, on the Lord.

You can make a comment and compliment her without judging, bashing and being condescending to people who are at different stages in their journey or their spiritual walk with God. Sanctification is a DAILY process. Also, please note that Maureen’s hair is shaven/shorn and the Bible says in 1 Corinthians 11:15 that “But if a woman have long hair, it is a glory to her: for her hair is given her for a covering.” And also in that same passage that when a woman prays or prophesies, she should cover her head or shave off her head if she doesn’t wanna cover it. Should I then judge Maureen for her hair, reject her prayers and not listen to the message? This was not a Christ-like comment. Edify, not tear down.
