Let's make soft homemade bread!

Cooking recipe and ingredients:
350 ml warm milk.
2 tablespoons sugar.
7 g dry yeast.
Mix well.
Cover and leave for 5-10 minutes.
Mixing.
30 ml vegetable oil.
Mix.
Sift 500 g flour (all-purpose).
1 teaspoon salt.
Mix with a spatula.
Flour.
Mix with your hands.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Knead the dough until it is medium soft.
Form a ball.
Place in a greased bowl.
Cover with cling film.
Cover with a kitchen towel and leave to rise for 45 minutes.
The dough has risen well, fluffy like fluff.
Knead the dough until it is medium smooth.
Form a ball.
Divide into 2 parts.
Form a ball from each piece.
Cover and leave for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Roll out the dough to the size shown in the video.

Белок от яйца я добавляю в тесто. Когда смазал,посыпаю кунжутом и кисточкой можно готовое смазать сливочным маслом. Можно смазать тесто перед скатыванием любой начинкой.
Лично я так делаю.
