Today in this video i’am making aloo gobi(कौली आलूको तरकारी) which is a vegetarian dish from the Indian subcontinent made with potatoes,cauliflower and Indian spices (masalas)but here i’am cooking without adding any masalas which I guess is typical way of Nepali cooking because we nepali people normally don’t like to use too many masalas when we cook our food.Less masalas is more healthy way to cook especially vegetables.So hope you will love this recipe 🙏🏻
