A lively session by Fr. Anthony. Well prepared episode. ABBA Father I pray that the Redemptorists be blessed as they toil to convey to us details about every biblical character. God bless you all, Amen.

Thank you Fr. Anthony for this wonderful journey of Bartholomew (Nathaniel). This character has been beautifully represented in the Biblical series The Chosen.

Where and since when in ancient literature (whether in Greek, Latin, or any other, and whether secular or scriptural) does "India" ever refer to Ethiopia or Arabia? Does St Paul writing as far back as 52 AD confuse India for Arabia (that would be Nabatea, Jordan) in Galatians 1:17? -- St Pantaenus is mentioned by Eusebius of Caesaria (not Nicomedia and Arian controversy) to have visited India to teach the "Brahmans/philosophers" there during the 2nd century AD. When some people can conveniently twist even what Eusebius ("The Father of Church History" who was around since the Council of Nicea and Constantine) and St Jerome (author of the Latin Vulgate and Doctor of the Church) explicitly state, then what else is it except covert racism and vested interest? Parthia incidentally, after the Seleucids extended all the way to India (Punjab).
