I see this a lot on here. I say if you are breaking the law like going three times the speed limit and almost die it's you're fault. We have laws for a reason they are to keep people safe. If you choose to disobey the laws you must accept the consequences of your actions.
If he had hit that car and his bike hurt or killed someone he would be charged with either homicide or attempted homicide and the video would have convicted him.
He came real close too possibly ruining his or someone else's life he could have died or been paralyzed or gone to prison for 10 to 20 years.
If you feel the need for speed don't try it in traffic do it on a track or an empty road where you can see really far ahead.

@@MrPanaramuh I'd say if you are on a bike it's in your best interest to be more aware of your surroundings then otherwise in a cage. You have more to lose so I'd think the obvious choice would to be completely aware of how the cars in front are moving especially if you are speeding.
@@dp9629 Agreed but it seems to be the case most riders assume too much in these scenarios. Like someone else said, my vehicle doesn't have a ballistic missile radar system so if you're going 150mph+ on the freeway and I look in my mirrors, making sure it's clear, and go to make my lane change(assuming this takes 3 seconds) you've traveled at MINIMUM 660'. That's booking it and sometimes people don't understand how much ground these rockets travel literally EVERY second at high speed.
What I'm getting at is don't blame me if you get smacked traveling a literal football field every second.

Yea I haven’t been riding on the road for long (mostly on my dirt bike, but this season I finally got my road license) and I watched a lot of these throughout the years, sometimes it kinda seems like the biker could have been a lot more careful and a lot less aggressive, if you’re going twice as fast as everyone, you have to be twice as careful

I operate under the philosophy that drivers stay out of each other’s way. If someone is speeding then I will make an effort to not hold them back. When I speed and see someone ahead, I just choose a path that avoids them. If they are in the fast lane going slow then I won’t make a scene by getting behind them and waiting till they get over… I’ll just pass them in whatever lane is open. If someone is making an effort to stay out of my way, then I’m not going to get pissed at them like this piece of shit. If you are on a motorcycle and you are far from getting hit, then you shouldn’t go out of your way to get closer to a car just so you can smash their mirror… you’ll notice this piece of shit started driving towards the car on purpose because he was going out of his way just to get close enough to hit the mirror.

@@MrSasoer You're right: every driver should do a shoulder check. But when you are in a blind spot they still can't see you. My riding instructor always told me to ride on my motorcycle as if nobody could see me.

In Belgium, they teach new drivers that there is no such thing as a blind spot (unless you are a big truck).
If the instructor thinks you have blind spots (because you did not look well), you do not get your license.
Blind spots are not a thing, and they are an excuse for bad drivers.
Since people driving should have driving licenses, you can assume they know how to avoid blind spots.

you do know the plates cant get you a ticket sent home right? the plates identify the vehicle, not the driver. the first two letters identify the place the vehicle is registered in, for example: anglia=A the two numbers following the one or two letters are the age of the car, as in 55=2005 model car. The rest letters are just random really so, the plate will look like this (A 55 SOT)

You never have to break someone's mirror, you choose to.
Breaking mirrors does not teach them to use them. There's only 3 possible outcomes. 1, the driver gets angry and hits you. 2, the driver gets angry and decides all bikers are cunts and they become more aggressive towards them. 3, now they have no mirror to use which can cause them to hit someone else until its fixed.

As someone who rides 50cc (im 16) we have to be on the bike lane in my country, this implies alot of elderly people often just cross the bike lane without looking because, "oh well no one ever uses them, right?" I've nearly been killed about 6 times in 1 year due to this, however I've never reacted like people in this video. Giving the finger or yelling doesn't help the case, I usually just slowly shake my head at them to let them know that was really messed up.
(and no its not because 50cc riders are too slow to have fatal crashes, i usually go 60-85km/h)
