- Enjoy my 2 bedroom apartment tour during my stay in Le Grove Serviced Residences, Singapore. Nestled in a quiet residential area along Orange Grove Road, Le Grove is near Orchard road and Stevens road.
Besides the apartment tour, the video also includes footage of the amenities and snippets of family life with young kids while living in this apartment :)

2 bedroom superior apartment
52 sqm (560 sqft)

The layout is typical of an urban compact apartment in Singapore condominiums too.

⬥ The Good ⬥
- Recently refurbished so apartment is totally clean and new with modern interiors.
- Daily housekeeping from Mon-Sat! Most serviced apartments offer less.
- Free continental breakfast from Mon-Fri.
- Free bus shuttle service to Orchard/CBD area on most days. We have a car so did not use this service much but it should be helpful for non-drivers.
- Amenities are decent with pool, gym, tennis court, lounge, etc.
- Cost is reasonable considering the value you get! (see below)
⬥ The Not so Good ⬥ (in our personal opinion)
- While it is in a quiet area, there are no malls/stores/grocery or food options within short walking distance. Stevens MRT is 15min walk, Orchard MRT and nearest mall is 20+ min walk away with no sheltered walkway. Singapore is often hot, if not raining so it is not so convenient for a family with kids unless you drive or stock up your groceries/food well in advance.
- No balcony and the aircon was either too cold or too stuffy. We struggled with adjusting the aircon temperature a few times each day. Maybe its just us.
Overall, it is a good choice if you like to stay in a quiet, less-crowded area in an apartment that feels like home that is not too expensive and relatively near town.
⬥ Cost ⬥
We booked for 1 month and it is around $230/night and $7300/month (as of early 2022).
I would say quite a steal for staying near Orchard area and it is a SERVICED apartment with housekeeping, free breakfast, free shuttle bus and more. Many non-serviced condominiums in Singapore near central area would already be close to this rate or even more expensive!

This might be a silly question but can tourists stay in serviced apartments? Thank you!
Sure tourists can stay too but serviced apartments are usually for longer term in terms of months rather than days.
@@matchamamaYT thank you, we are looking at a week so definitely on the shorter side. I think it would be a great option for us, we have 2 children and wouldn't be able to stay in one hotel room like we did when they were very young, and two rooms comes with a higher price tag than a 2bed apartment! It's an interesting alternative I just wasn't sure if it was even an option for us!
