this dude looks like that random divorced uncle of yours who drives a classic Saab and goes on a yearly vacation in Thailand that nobody ever asks about
When he made the “huh” sound after saying “just make sure you pick the right ones”, it sounded like he had flashbacks of not picking the right mushrooms
I had a dream the other night, where i started mixing basil with my mushroom risotto. All of a sudden Marco appeared behind of me, telling me "it's not a natural combination." I told him: "it's my choice."
I like his no nonsense approach to cooking. This is my philosophy as well, don’t over complicate things. Just experiment until you get it right. You’re not building a piano, just have fun and relax and everything is going to be ok
I love watching this fella. When he says things like " there's no set recipe " or " it's your choice " or " if you don't like cooking, get a takeaway ". Brilliant. He seems to take the stress out of it all.
He gives us so many invaluable cooking tips throughout his video, and explains things very calmly and simply. Marco Pierre White is a teacher I feel like I can put all my trust in without having to look at other chefs' versions of the same dish.
"I had thought to retain half the mushrooms, purely for presentation, but I've decided now I'm not going to." This man exudes Chaotic Good in a way to which I can only aspire

When Marc says it’s your choice, I feel so empowered
I love how Marco is a 3 Michelin star chef, but his teaching style is just to have fun with cooking, relax and do what you want
I have a feeling Marco has picked the wrong mushrooms a couple of times
Where's the stock cube?
I am confused is it my choice?
Everyone is commenting how people are complaining about him using knorr stock. But I can’t see any comments criticising him using knorr stock 🙁🙁☹️

Marco “it’s your choice, but if you don’t use knorr stock I will skin you” Pierre White
Binging watching Mpw during quarantine. It's my choice really

Ramsay: I'll show you how to make an excellent dish without spending a fortune
"Don't be dictated by a recipe, just do what you like"

This man held 3 Michelin stars. Now he's showing us how to make Risotto with stock from a bag. He's left the Matrix for sure.

I find Marco’s video to be much more relatable than Ramsay’s. I love the simplicity of his cooking.
