This same budget happened in Jamaica under the Portia Simpson-Miller administration and it happened under the Andrew Holness administration which he called (bitter medicine) it was austerity measures imposed so the IMF would release funds in a stand by agreement. (11) TOLL Roads (12) Restaurants With Fine Dining (13) Planes (14) Boats. ETC.. But Bread Should NEVER Be Taxed.. 😡😡😡
