Hi sir. Inspired by your 99 days plan.Gonna start it from today.. Will update my diet and workout routine everyday for my self motivation sir. Hope it will be useful for others too.
Feb 17 - 58.85 kg. Weight loss drink. Bf - white karamani sundal boiled, one red banana. MS - one orange, one pomegranate.5 soaked badam, 2 walnut, 1 dates, 2 cashew nut. Lunch - rice, parupu, beans egg poriyal. ES - one guava, half lemon juice . Dinner - 3 wheat dosa with sambar.
2 litres of water, 15 mins walking.
Feb 18 - 58 kg. Weight loss drink. Bf - palaiya sadham water (as I have body heat), one red banana. MS - one orange, one pomegranate, 5 soaked badam,2 walnut, 1 dates. Lunch - 3 wheat dosai, pachai pattani kulambu, mullangi kootu.dinner - 4 idli, kaara chutney, kadalai chutney. Drank 2 litres of water.
Feb 19 - 58.00 kg.sunday - CHEAT DAY
Feb 20 - 58.00 kg. weight loss drink. Bf - boiled black sundal, one red banana. MS - one orange , one pomegranate. Lunch - 2 dosa, sundal kulambu, 1 egg omlette, avaraikaai poriyal. ES - lemon juice. Dinner - 1onion dosa, 2 plain dosa, mutton kulambu, sundal kulambu, 30 mins walking, 2.5 litres of water.
Feb 21 - 57.30 kg. Weight loss drink. Bf - arisi parupu sadham, egg beans poriyal. MS - one pomegranate, one orange, 5 soaked badam, 2 walnut, 1dates.lunch - arisi parupu sadham, egg beans poriyal. ES - boiled black channa sprouted. dinner - 1 dates, 3 dosa, poondu chutney, kadalai chutney. Drank 2.5 litres of water. 20 mins walking.
Feb 22 - 57.75 kg. Weight loss drink. Bf - 2 pachai payaru adai, kathirikaai varuval.
MS - 5 soaked badam, 3 walnut, 1 dates, 1 orange, 1 pomegranate. Lunch - 2 pachai payaru adai, lemon rice small amount, 1 boiled egg.dinner - 3 chapathi, pachai pattani kuruma. 2.5 litres of water.
Feb 23 - 57.20 kg. Bf - pachai payaru boiled. One red banana. Ms - one orange, one pomegranate, 5 soaked badam, 2 walnut, 2 dates. Lunch - pongal, sambar, 1 egg omelette. Dinner - 3 dosa, karuveppilai podi, sambar, kara chutney. 20 mins walking. 2.5 litres of water.
Feb 24 -57. 20 kg. Bf - 2 dosa, karuveppilai podi, red beans kulambu. Ms - 5 soaked badam, 2 walnut, 1 dates. Lunch - rice, soya bean kulambu, 1 egg dosa.Dinner - cheated dinner, chicken fried rice, chicken momos wid juice, fruit salad.
