I want to read the second book, or read Frostheart, or maybe some other middle grade(s) now and I'm so pleased! So sorry for your loss though, losing a pet is always hard!

Book 3 is a polar fantasy. It's a middle grade fantasy set in hunter gather times about a boy and his wolf. Loved those books when I was younger. I need to read the sequel trilogy. My TBR is too big. 😭
I don't have any recommendations for you. We don't normally have the same ratings on books we both read so I can never tell which books I could recommend for you. Steph is the one I am more compatible with, however I still would not be able to recommend a book for her, either. Maybe one day it will work out.
