This is really the problem with younger generations. When I go for a in-person job interview I'm wearing slacks, a nice shirt, hair is tamed down so no fly aways. Even when I'm doing a zoom interview, i'm not wearing slacks but the rest applies. I have never applied for customer facing jobs. This is also, most of the time, not how I dress when I'm actually working but first impressions matter.

When I worked at an aged care facility, I was disgusted by how sloppily dressed people were dressed for job interviews. To me, it shows a lack of respect and that you are sloppy in your work ethic.

They will not give me pain killers either, they try steroids and injections and physical therapy before they even think about giving pain killers. Craziness. I went to a place yesterday that turned out to be very, very woke. They have communal tables and sitting across from me was a young guy of about 19 who was transitioning sitting there with his woke mom and her friend. In the corner was a little boy about 6 or 7 wearing a pink dress and running around like a maniac with his woke parents. All I could think was what are the odds?
I think there was one case where a woman had two trans kids (both men to women) and she was black. She had three sons. So 2/3 had gender dysphoria. I think she herself had a genetic mutation in her DNA that made it so that her kids were more likely to develop having gender dysphoria. Now this happened WAY before the trans trend. She also was a black woman who was anti gay and trans so she kicked her eldest son out when he came out to her. It wasn’t until her youngest son came out to her that she was like, “Oh…I guess my eldest wasn’t faking it.” So clearly her DNA was screwy in some way that caused two of her kids to come out that way. As being gender dysphoric is so rare

My fiancé was just in the hospital for 2 weeks and every dr/nurse/patient assistant who wasn’t already wearing a mask, asked if either of us preferred if they did …and the main lobby where I checked in every day had several signs saying “if you’d like a mask just ask any of our staff”
I don't know of any who would have danced like that, indulged a patient, who was crazy. The patient is responsible for gowning and masking themselves if they come in. If they are immunocompromised, the ER is the worst place possible for them to walk into. You can't scrub the place for them and the sickest in the community come in there. In my hospitals you would not gown and mask up till they were diagnosed as having something contagious if they lacked testable symptoms, if they coughed you masked. Until they tested positive and then you put them in an isolation room. We relied on true compromised patients having medical records showing proper care for them. It is not your job to mask for immunocompromised, it is theirs and you never needed both patient and caregiver masked, only one or the other. If a patient had an airborne contagion, we masked with them to not give their germs for others. You mask in OR because patient have organs exposed. This world where both are masked was to inspire fear and alienation. And it is morally wrong to indulge a delusion. My hospital protocol would not have somebody mask for that patient if the patient was crazy. The patient could sue and the hospital would pay for it as hospital policy the legal team stood behind and it was based on sound scientific studies (back then.)

I don't know why these people are wearing piercings to a job interview. Here in germany we learned to take them out. When you get hired you can talk about piercings with your boss and see if it's okay to wear them or just a few. It actually feels like disrespect when I think about it. You can't even put the effort in and take them out for your interview to look more normal

The only time I wore a mask, and only then by force, was 2020. My only exception when I willingly wore a mask was in 2022 when I was taking my dad to doctor visits, radiation, and chemo treatments.
My eight year old came home and said she should be called “they,” because she likes dinosaurs. We had a talk about how she is female, because of her BODY (used the book “It’s So Amazing!”), but luckily girls and boys can wear what they like and like what they like. When I told my 17 year old, who does use “they,” as she considers herself nonbinary (yes, I do think this part of the problem). Even she was surprised and talked to her sister, telling her girls can do and be anything. My eight year old seems to understand now.

People are starting to see that it's just the newest "I want to stand out in the most extreme and loud way and feel unique" fad just like every other one that has existed. It has only been allowed to get this far because they have appropriated (I'm using that in the proper way) a real life medical condition that a very few people have to suffer through. The big problem is "rebellious" teens used to wear ridiculously oversized jeans, or crazy make-up, or whatever else was the "extreme" way to stand out and be different. At worst we got piercings and such, but all of that was minimally permanently impactful but we've moved beyond that now. The person in the video is not doing disabled or chronically ill people any favors. People like me have been wearing masks in public long before the pandemic. Most of us know how to take the necessary precautions and take responsibility for our own health without trying to force others. It happens and it’s against the law in Utah. As far as trans or gay healthcare, SLC of all places is so very accommodating to the point it’s just normal. My clinic has signs saying everyone is safe. I have a coworker who identifies as non-binary who likes to talk about their 3 year identifying as non-binary. I've noticed that everyone else that I know who is LGBT avoids them like the plague, lol. They've also gotten into trouble harassing young women, and then complaining it was discrimination. I think there was one case where a woman had two trans kids (both men to women) and she was black. She had three sons. So 2/3 had gender dysphoria. I think she herself had a genetic mutation in her DNA that made it so that her kids were more likely to develop having gender dysphoria. Now this happened WAY before the trans trend. She also was a black woman who was anti gay and trans so she kicked her eldest son out when he came out to her. It wasn’t until her youngest son came out to her that she was like, “Oh…I guess my eldest wasn’t faking it.” So clearly her DNA was screwy in some way that caused two of her kids to come out that way. As being gender dysphoric is so rare

That girl is so fricking annoying... there's another video where she claims that paramedics regularly let trans people die in the streets while laughing at them. She is clearly privileged but thinks she's a huge victim.
My fiancé was just in the hospital for 2 weeks and every dr/nurse/patient assistant who wasn’t already wearing a mask, asked if either of us preferred if they did …and the main lobby where I checked in every day had several signs saying “if you’d like a mask just ask any of our staff”
I don't know of any who would have danced like that, indulged a patient, who was crazy. The patient is responsible for gowning and masking themselves if they come in. If they are immunocompromised, the ER is the worst place possible for them to walk into. You can't scrub the place for them and the sickest in the community come in there. In my hospitals you would not gown and mask up till they were diagnosed as having something contagious if they lacked testable symptoms, if they coughed you masked. Until they tested positive and then you put them in an isolation room. We relied on true compromised patients having medical records showing proper care for them. It is not your job to mask for immunocompromised, it is theirs and you never needed both patient and caregiver masked, only one or the other. If a patient had an airborne contagion, we masked with them to not give their germs for others. You mask in OR because patient have organs exposed. This world where both are masked was to inspire fear and alienation. And it is morally wrong to indulge a delusion. My hospital protocol would not have somebody mask for that patient if the patient was crazy. The patient could sue and the hospital would pay for it as hospital policy the legal team stood behind and it was based on sound scientific studies (back then.)

She admits that she has no plans to fully transition and the only reason that she went on T for a short time was to grow enough facial hair for it to be noticable. There is nothing wrong standing up for animals, as long as you stay within reason. I love animals more than humans as a species, yet I do know that we are also omnivores, including eating meat. I don't know why these people are wearing piercings to a job interview. Here in germany we learned to take them out. When you get hired you can talk about piercings with your boss and see if it's okay to wear them or just a few. It actually feels like disrespect when I think about it. You can't even put the effort in and take them out for your interview to look more normal

The only time I wore a mask, and only then by force, was 2020. My only exception when I willingly wore a mask was in 2022 when I was taking my dad to doctor visits, radiation, and chemo treatments.

My eight year old came home and said she should be called “they,” because she likes dinosaurs. We had a talk about how she is female, because of her BODY (used the book “It’s So Amazing!”), but luckily girls and boys can wear what they like and like what they like. When I told my 17 year old, who does use “they,” as she considers herself nonbinary (yes, I do think this part of the problem). Even she was surprised and talked to her sister, telling her girls can do and be anything. My eight year old seems to understand now.
I'm an adult woman and if I were alone in the bathroom and that guy walked in there, I would be terrified!!!!
They've overplayed their hands now. People are starting to see that it's just the newest "I want to stand out in the most extreme and loud way and feel unique" fad just like every other one that has existed. It has only been allowed to get this far because they have appropriated (I'm using that in the proper way) a real life medical condition that a very few people have to suffer through. Unfortunately, this fad has made those few people feel better so they have embraced the people using them rather than rejecting them as would normally happen.

THEN it gets cemented in their developing minds and they actually start to believe it's true.
The big problem is "rebellious" teens used to wear ridiculously oversized jeans, or crazy make-up, or whatever else was the "extreme" way to stand out and be different. At worst we got piercings and such, but all of that was minimally permanently impactful but we've moved beyond that now. Piercings are now so big they are permanently altering let alone the extreme things they want to do to children like surgeries and puberty blockers. I'm a chemical engineer and biochemist. I am not a doctor, but I know enough to understand these studies that prove you cannot fuck with puberty and NOT have it have lasting, permanent changes to the rest of your life including sterility, and that doesn't even touch the surgeries on CHILDREN for God's sake!
These people like to say "they came to me and told me" but it's not really true. They have been molding these thoughts and ideas into these children because THAT IS WHAT PARENTS DO! How we have forgotten such basic truths of life is terrifyingly problematic in the truest sense of the word.

I understand that more accepting social climates encourage more people to be open about identities and orientation, but he numbers, in children especially, do not make sense. I'm all for acceptance and diversity, but manufactured diversity has little to no value that I can see, and the amount of influence around gender identity and affirmation is scary.
Then you have people like Dylan and Jeffree, who are problematic and predatory, acting as if they are the face of the LGBTQ community and influencing children to disown their families and permanently alter themselves before they are cognitively developed. Once you've spoken (privately) to them, it's just a hop, skip and a jump to your nearest Planned Parenthood and get a same day prescription for cross sex hormones, without any testing of psychology, endocrinology, etc

The person in the video is not doing disabled or chronically ill people any favors. People like me have been wearing masks in public long before the pandemic. Most of us know how to take the necessary precautions and take responsibility for our own health without trying to force others. I’m more upset at people who smoke in front of entrances to places like medical clinics. It happens and it’s against the law in Utah.
As far as trans or gay healthcare, SLC of all places is so very accommodating to the point it’s just normal. My clinic has signs saying everyone is safe. Many of the phlebotomists and medical assistants are obviously gay and well loved by everyone.
Child abuse. The state needs to take immediate custody. All doctors involved should face charges of malpractice and child abuse.
