I all of your videos you keep saving that spades are fire element. Thats just wrong information. Its the sword and its air not fire
Playing cards predate by thousands of years Tarot. Tarot derives from playing cards. The elements associated to Tarot were assigned at some point in time, but how can you verify that is 100% correct? :) Or what the intention was of those who created playing cards in the first place? In my practice with playing cards and specifically Cards of Truth, I connect Spades to the Fire element. I know another Vedic astrologer/Cards of Truth practitioner who connects Spades to the element of Wood. With card reading, we are working with a lot of symbols and metaphors and archetypes. At the end of the day it doesn't matter if you call it Fire, Wood or Air, as long as you can relate it/ translate the meaning to the client's situation and give them practical solutions. So feel free to use the Air element for Swords in your Tarot practice, if you relate to that, if that makes sense to you, and if it helps you give good advice to people - more power to you :)
Ernst Wilhelm teaches the logical sequence ♠️ ❤️♣️♦️ as 1,2,3,4. (Doesn’t it make perfect sense visually?) Also, it could relate to cardinal elements: Aries/fire, Cancer/water, Libra/air, Capricorn/earth.
There are a many of variations on Tarot symbology of 4 Seasons and Elements. Same with Cards of Truth vs. Cards of Destiny (spades = winter/water). End of day, use what works for you..
