They gutted our project dev team. 12 people are gone (1 chose to leave). Seven people remain on limited contracts. We knew something was up the weekend before, but the biggest upset was two people from my team, whose work visas weren’t quite solidified yet, being let go.
Donna Sue is a wiley one. She got the manager to admit he was fired after she did the ambiguous corporate hr talk of not saying if it was voluntary or not.
I like that Brenda has had her redemption arc at this point and that Donna Sue is getting through her corporate conditioning to help her be human outside of work. It's moist refreshing, indeed. 😁 I really hope that Ned isn't a worse Jeremy, because I am actually kind of interested in knowing what Project Poodles turns out to be. 🙂
Based on yhe reaction from the name Ned she gave. I'm guessing that Ned will be just as bad if not worse, but for the complete opposite reasons. Instead of being an intolerable rude and prudish narcissistic employee, Ned is the employee that has the proper experience and just graduated from post secondary, but is that employee that just can't seem to keep up and do the job right but is not malicious or stupid. They are just clearly not cut out for this job, but they are just so genuinely sincere in their desire to work and help that it's incredibly hard to tell them they might want to try something else. That's my guess anyway.

If you're arrogant about your own skills, you'll have blind spots and also piss people off, skill doesn't mean you get to be an asshole. This is why humility is important.

I feel with Donna Sue’s Positivity, Optimism, and overall concern and empathy towards her fellow coworkers productivity would be higher and everyone would have a better mindset and attitude because they would be in a more positive and comfortable work environment
