    It's so important to cherish your daily life! That makes up most of our days, so it's necessary to feel comfortable being with oneself and to care for one's own good. Very nice vlog, I'd love to see more of the positive selfcare!

    Love these tips! I do a lot of these tips and enjoy them as well, they make me feel mentally and physically beautiful. Two other random tips I like:
    Getting sunlight during winter. Even if its too cold to go outdoors, I will spend some time in the morning by the window as the sun rises, drinking a cup of coffee and soaking it in. I get seasonal depression, so this really helps make the cold season more bearable.
    Cutting dairy almost all the way out of my diet. I definitely get inflammatory acne from dairy as well as huirsutism from the hormones, and cutting it almost all the way out of my diet helped reduce body hair as well as got rid of my acne. When i do buy anything dairy, I never buy anything processed with dairy, but instead I buy whole, unprocessed dairy for adding into recipes instead. So no shredded cheese, that kraft parmasean cheese in a bottle or kraft cheese. I only buy block cheese with no amaretto coloring and whole fat. No low fat or fat free cheeses, not good for you at all. And no dyes added or added sugar because that's completely unnecessary. I can shred it at home easily within minutes with this hand crank cheese shredded I got from amazon. I also buy unsalted butter avd whole fat plain greek yogurt. I use it in place of sour cream because its less processed and healthier and delicious. But I do use plant based milks like oat, cashew, macadamia and hazelnut. Or canned whole fat unsweetened coconut milk. Delicious.

      Wow that’s amazing! It’s crazy how much food can affect your body. A friend told me that too, whole milk/dairy over reduced fats is better. I will try that because I’m a huge cheese and yogurt lover haha ☺️🥰. Thanks again love this
