Good point. South Africa needs the right people. Masters degree at min for the portfolio they will fill-example finance minister must have a masters in finance or be a charted accountant . 10 years experience min. And a proven track record of 90% minimum in delivering the goals and solutions that ensure low to know maintenance they were assigned. If we get this calibre of person. Our country will transform into the best country in the world
This is not an all inclusive government my man not all parties form part of this government, maybe you didnt listen to Zille and Mbalula disagreeing on the very thing thats supposed to be uniting them.

Let's hope the National Dialogue fits within the broader context of GNU to eliminate the deterrent sectarianism that may escalate.
Then the final agreement must make crystal clear how to hold each other accountable. The risk is that there be an element of dominant parties and others like small parties just following.
The best cadres will primarily be picked from the anc side and give the smaller parties portfolios like Tourism. Watch the space.

This guy is confusing political leadership with technocratic roles to be performed by civil servants.
But the GNU is a grand coalition between ANC and DA.
This expert so called doesn’t even understand what a GNU is which is all major parties being represented proportionally, meaning that MKP and EFF must as a matter of course be included.
GNU means that you respect the election results even for parties you don’t like nor agree with.
