P) Please tell me something about yourself.
T) I studied at Columbia University and graduated in 2019 with a degree in Business.
T) I've been working at Bank of America for 2 years as a sales assistant.
P) Why are you leaving your current job?
T) My current company is very large, and it is difficult to do different tasks.
T) We have routine work that never changes.
T) I am looking for a company where I can contribute more and grow.
P) Why are you interested in our company?
T) I can see that your company has much future growth potential.
T) I also heard your company has a good reward system.
T) I want to work for a company with opportunities and take more responsibility for my job.
P) I am with you on that.
P) How would you describe yourself?
T) I am a hard worker and a team player.
T) I like being with people and helping people.
P) How would your best friend describe you?
T) Oh, let's see.
T) My best friend would say that I am friendly and responsible.
P) Great, Amy. Tell me what is your greatest strength?
T) My greatest strength is a combination of motivation and persistence.
T) I enjoy my work and I don't give up easily.
P) That's very good.
P) What is your biggest weakness?
T) My biggest weakness is public speaking.
T) When I present to a large audience, I have some stage fright.
T) So, I took some public speaking courses online.
T) It makes me feel less anxious than before.
P) How are your computer skills?
T) Pretty good. I am familiar with Microsoft Office.
T) I have a lot of experience in word processing, using Excel to manage data, and using PowerPoint to make presentations.
P) How fast can you type?
T) I can type about 70 words a minute.
P) Can you work well under pressure?
T) Of course, I work more efficiently under pressure.
T) Actually, I enjoy working under pressure.
P) That's really impressive.
P) Where do you see yourself in five years?
T) I will be working hard and gaining experience.
T) Five years from now, I want to be a sales manager, lead a sales team and create more revenue for the company.
P) There are good chances of promotion if you try your best.
P) What does success mean to you?
T) Success to me means to achieve a goal I have set for myself.
P) Great. Do you have any questions about our company or the position?
T) Yes. What training will be provided if I get the job?
P) If you are offered the job, you will attend a two-week training course about communication skills.
P) Any other questions?
T) No, I can't think of any others at this time.

T) Thank you for your time.
