I love the ball squat! It has been the only exercise that gets my glute med fired up. It has made a big difference in my knee alignment, consequently less knee pain. Thank you!

Thank you for the video and especially for the child pose recommendation. I will try it because 3years after my ACL surgery I still have tight quads above the knee

I tore my Right ACL playing soccer. Had an ACL reconstruction last November. I started off well with my rehab at home but once I had to go back to work in April I stopped completely.. Haven't even been doing my stretches. Playing soccer is my one true passion. The one thing that clears my mind. The problem is that I can't go to the gym, which my surgeon recommended. It's so embarrassing to me that I couldn't even tell him. I have major gym anxiety. I just can't do it. Constantly worrying about people staring, judging, and myself looking like a total idiot not knowing what I'm doing. I just can't do gyms :( I now think that it's too late to start back into my rehab. Which causes me to not want to waste my time exercising. You definitely know alot about ACL reconstructions so would you pleeeease be able to reassure me?! I just need to know if it's too late to start rehab again and if it's not, can I workout from home and build enough strength to play again?

Sure. My ACL rehab program you can do at home and substitute gym machines or other exercises. Have a look at physiorehab.com
