I was so impressed by the creativity of the artist's ideas. As someone who isn't very artistically creative, it would've never occurred to me to tell a story through imaging the way they did. This is why I always find it interesting to watch artists create, b/c their minds work in a way mine doesn't, and I find that fascinating.

I watched the flipbooks in slow motion, if you see Viv's flip book in slow mo then you'll see how much the face changes in each page and I think Ben's was just perfect, all the drawings were perfectly in place and they looked similar and the details were good drawn

The winner's one was totally incomplete, how could it win? The art was good but the point was to make a flip book, not just a few pictures.
Dragon guy was good, but he also over scoped himself if he had to work that much.

It’s animation so should judge base on animation principles too.
Jakes one is best coz his (bounce) and Izzy (milk drop) are only two to fit the 12 principles of animation
And also colouring is lot of work, in fact CZcams animators including odd1sout hire people to color. I would prioritise people who fully color every page, coz it also reflects the time management.
