2.Attractions towards opposite gender and creating unnecessary hype in mind about her.
I already conquered my some bad habits like
1. Timeless sleep schedule
2. Using phone on bed
3. Unnecessary phone use in library.
4. Watching senseless movies/videos
5.passive learning

Sir I have a habit of scrolling on CZcams because I don't run other social media apps like Instagram and I haven't studied anything since neet exam and I don't know how but definitely I am going to get rid of this habit in next 10-15 days or atleast going to spend very less time on CZcams and I will come and again comment on my progression 💯💯
I will not get distracted while watching lectures.. to make this happen.. I will watch lectures with speakers on and no ear phones

I think your reason for smoking is stress & loneliness due to academic pressure . Drop is not easy. Take help from friend or someone around you jo judge na kre aur smoke bhi nhi krne de. Secondly you should engage yourself on healthy lifestyle like yoga, exercise, jogging, sports or anything with healthy diet isse aapka healthy rehne ka mnn khud hi krne lgega. To quit smoking start by 7 day challenge. All the best buddy

I quit not taking care of my physical health anymore. I have started to go on walks for 30mins everyday & reduced my sugar intake. Will soon start going to the gym as well or probably cycling. I have also reduced my chai intake, I use to have 2 to 3 cups of chai in a day but now its either one cup or half cup a day. Thank you for your guidance sir!! ❤
