God's protection over Michael W. Smith in Bahrain

Michael W. Smith shares the story of how he visited the predominately Muslim country of Bahrain. Invited by a Hindu, Muslim, Jew, and Catholic and approved by the King, he was able to play the first Christian concert in this small country. God was working through these individuals to bring his news to a people in desperate need of it. During his time there, he lost his security detail and feared for his life. In the midst of this scary time, his wife reminded him, "You know how many people are praying for you? Man, you are covered."

I love Michael W. Smith so much I saw him live at Arden Hills in MN. I've been listening since 2nd grade and I am 28 years old today!! His voice is so good!

I am a local in Bahrain, and many people welcomed him. I am sure the atmoshpere is changing. Not to mention, even the people and Arabs attended the concert knowing it was a Christian Concert, it was truly a beautiful sight. And Bahrain truly showed itself, a house of peace for all religions

MWS and his music, which I started listening to when I was 14 in ‘89, now 49 y.o., still listening to MWS, also started with Carman’s ministry and his music, and so sad/devastated that Carman is gone, their music helped lead me to wanting to be baptized…
