There's no sticky rice in satay. All "lontong" are steam or compact rice.
In Indonesia, all the food stalls sell halal food, otherwise they will put a sign saying it is pork meat. This is a sensitive issue and it can cause riot. Even just a rumor of food sellers using "minyak babi" or "oil from pork fat" can bring serious trouble to the sellers. Not only the sales drop, someone can report to Police to investigate.
