Offensive Guard on SnS is almost never that great. The main reason why it works on Ruiner Nerg is because he first roars, afterwards can't be punished until he dives and a ton of time passes inbetween. On top of that, blocking roars doesn't damage you, which is important for Heroics. Sadly in almost no other scenario will Offensive Guard be that useful. It rarely happens that monster roars can't be punished with a Perfect Rush or are suuuuper slow.
This build and playstyle work better without Heroic. Offensive Guard actually didn't do much in this run since my damage was already capped before it kicks in.

You can, but it's very difficult. It messes up your positioning and PR timing completely so it requires some serious skills to pull off.
