    it's wrong to compare the twos solo careers. together as a band they all together made magic, the same solo though I appreciate cales classical style with the pain of being human. While Reed was more rock with the cities underbelly present in the landscape the music made in our minds. I prefer Jim Carroll for such, but I love and appreciate everything that burns me
