That is definitely a fake, because the Mosasaurus in the video from Jurassic World. The real Mosasaurus was smaller, at 18m long, lacked any crocodile-like fins on the back and had a fluke on the tail instread of the outdated rudder.
Aslo, you said that Mosasaurs were dinosaurs when they are not even related to dinosaurs, and are technically lizards.
I remember my best friend and I were on vacation in Eastern Texas. We were at a river fishing with cut bait. My friend hooked something that almost brought him into the water. It ended up breaking off, but before it did, it surfaced. I’m telling you this thing was 6 foot long. All we saw was it’s head come up, but it looked just like a small Mosasaurus. We had never seen anything like it. We live in Indiana. So I’m positive they are still around and are reproducing.

Another huge tell is that it looks exactly as we'd expect it to look based on modern reconstructions based on fossils and genetic information. But even the people who design them will tell ya it's just the best understanding of what they look like with the evidence available, but it's always subject to change and media often makes some artistic changes for one reason or another. Like how many land dwelling dinosaurs are often portrayed as large, scaled or fleshy reptiles, when in reality many had bright feathers and we actually don't know what most of their skins would have looked like at all, it's just reconstructions and often artist interpretations that can stray significantly from what we can actually prove. So you'd almost expect any animal like this to actually have some distinct differences between modern scientific reconstruction/ artist interpretation and reality, but ya don't see it.
It's entirely possible that some sea dwelling dinosaurs are still alive deep in the oceans, but so much time has passed that evolution would likely have seen them change significantly since then, just like every other living species, so it's not as exciting as you'd think. See: Chickens.

The ocean is far beyond our knowledge of what really still exist. The possibility of this video being real is very good. The worlds oceans are vast and deep, and have the capacity to hold very very large creature's. Even (extinct) ones.
