Enjoyed this video very much. Please DON’t put the Rosecraft nolichucky Jack in a mineral oil bath EVER. I put my new nolichucky jack with moss brown/green colored scales in the mineral oil for a couple of minuets and the scales turned BLACK. Doesn’t affect the use of the knife or blade,but it’s now BLACK not moss brown . Keep up the good work Sir .
Oh no, thank you for telling me that about the mineral oil. I lube my pivots with mineral oil.. I'm wondering if I should avoid that too?
@@J.O.VenturesOutdoors I dumped the whole thing in the mineral oil bath. Few minuets later came back and pulled it out and one side is literally black and the shield side is black with a greenish tint in some places. Just be careful and do the pivots.
