I’m a classically trained professional pastry chef and even I was nervous af when I made my best friends wedding cake. Y’all did so well!
My best advice is type up, print, and review all your recipes together so you can always make sure the oven’s in use. Also - give yourself more time than you need to make everything! You’ll probably spend more time on making things really neat and perfect than you’d think. I learned that lesson the hard way myself lmao
I've worked in restaurants my entire life so far. Every kitchen looks like a minor nightmare when prepping and cooking for a party. Normally no one gets to see the chaos. Im sure it went great

The food will be amazing &😋. So awesome. :) i love this!! I do have something to add, from experience when my family has catered before it’s always been good to keep hair back and covered completely (even tucked in a beanie) when cooking or anything involving the food in kitchen. Especially cooking for others.

My first half marathon was awesome. Afterwards, my feet were bumping and my shins wanted to know “what the heck’s going on”! But I was visibly slimmer a few days later, it was a great experience. Good luck. 🍀

If you do cake pops a lot or get into more catering, I see Lowes (Canada) has a cake pop maker for $35 Canadian, so it would obviously less in USA.

✨🍔 If I may vent a bit : I hate it , hate it when my burger sticks to the pan . So soon I will be doing the research and find a perfect nonstick pan .. for now I just bake them( from frozen) in the oven at 400° 9 minutes first side, 4 minutes the next side .

Are you going to a Dodgers game while you're out here? I have had the worst luck with finding vegan food at the stadium. I'm going Saturday and hopefully I'll be able to find something other than fries and peanuts and other snacky foods like that! Ugh!
