Зелёный - не представляет угрозы, может находиться без охраны;
Жёлтый - представляет угрозу, требуется наблюдение;
Оранжевый - серьёзная угроза, требуется сопровождение с охраной;
Красный - смертельная угроза, требуется специальное сопровождение.
1. Some useful information on appearance
- In the frames with mugshots, the mafia members are dressed in clothes with patches of various colors for a reason, it`s done according to the level of danger while they are out of the waiting cells:
Green - does not pose a threat, can be unguarded;
Yellow - represents a threat and requires monitoring;
Orange - a serious threat, must be accompanied with security;
Red - a deadly threat, requires special support.

Это, чёрт возьми, лучшая задумка! Музыка просто идеально вписывается и создаёт ещё большую атмосферу. Сижу и персматриваю на одном дыхании раз за разом. Вы так всё круто и понятно передали, что я не могу сказать словами своё восхищение! Меня действительно задело!
Если идти по самой задумке, то меня она тоже поразила. Я сама из Беларуси и давно привыкла, что она не пользуется популярностью. Так что встретить каждый арт или анимацию с её участием для меня огромная удача и радость. И когда я увидела, что здесь страну оценили по должному и вставили даже на такое важное место, то это был отвал всего. Сейчас ситуация в Беларуси, особенно перед выборами... Мягко говоря не очень, поэтому я как никто другой понимаю, почему вы поставили этого персонажа именно на босса мафии.
Да впринципе дело не только в Беларуси. Вы расставили всё красиво и по полочкам так, что представлять эту идею одно удовольствие. Отличное соотношение персонажей и их должностей. Меня конечно немного смутил тот факт, что Россия и Украина обручены(ибо РусБел навсегда в моём сердечке и никто меня в этом не переубедит), но, если исходить из логики, здесь это очень даже уместно. Можно продумать интересный сюжет и эта парочка сыграла бы хорошую роль в нём.

Наконец-то хоть где-то увидела всю эту араву вместе, а то везде, в любых меме, на любых артах абсолютно всех изображают врагами друг друга, а про некоторых вообще забывают. Максимум Польша вместе с Чехией(Славу послали нахуй), Бел ошивается рядом с Россией, оба враги народа Украины, про южных родичей почти не вспоминают, что очень обидно(особенно по отношению к Сербии). А если и заходит о ком-то из них речь, то это как правило сопровождается дичайшими стереотипами(в основном этим страдают Бел, Россия, Польша и Украина).

More likely their creation, cuz Czechias number is 28.10.1918 and that's the date when Czechoslovakia was created. And then Slovakia has 01.01.1993, that's the date when our countries splitted and Slovakia was as counrty itself.
I wold say yes,fist i did not know they were dates,tehn i cheked the date of my contry (Montenegro) to see if the numbesr an the date maches,and i found out thye do.So ye i think they are dates of the liberation.
