Hello friends. In this video I share with you how to ferment corn wine. The corn kernels I drunk are small and put in a pot to cook, then I take them out and let them cool. I use leaf yeast, which is a set of rice and some small leaves, then sprinkle it on the corn and put it in a sealed crock pot to wait for fermentation. I estimate about 10 days to be able to bring up the distillation to get the wine. The residue of corn wine is used to cook pig feed very well. When not at the farm I use squash to eat and in the afternoon I proceed to weed the corn garden. Thank you for watching the video and see you soon.
