My god. Can't y'all let her live and breathe for once?? *Does mukbangs* "you're fat and disgusting". *gets lipo to make her feel better about her insecurities* "you're lazy and I'm disappointed in you". Literally people, she was not put on this earth to appease you. If she wants to eat, get healthy, exercise or get lipo, it's not your body and it doesn't have any barring on your life. All of you commenting hate are pathetic.
Also, the people clicking here to watch this and then leave a comment or dislike are giving her money to throw at these surgeries, so if she wants to do then, do whatever! She makes money on her own and can afford it. If you have all this money to spend would you spend it on food? Shoes? Cosmetic surgeries? Makeup? Cars? Homes? It's an improvement and that's what she needs in her life no matter where she is at in life. Some of the people commenting here don't even realize that they're just giving her the lifestyle she wants, but they complain about it. Personally, I don't think she's "being hypocritical" or "going back on her fat positivity message" just because she got lipo. I really do believe she loved the way she looked before. Just because you're confident in your body doesn't mean you wouldn't change some things about it. People who are the picture of "fit," if asked, would probably have some things on there body that they would still change/enhance if they could.

Man. This video was really upsetting to me. I clicked on this video having every intention of positivity and supporting you. I've dealt with being overweight my entire life. I am not morbidly obese, but I'm definitely somewhere in the middle. When I heard you talk about that "tight feeling" I just broke down. I'll never experience that, & I was fine with it, but hearing you talk so positively about it just really set something off in my head. I know no one will read this & I guess I'm just venting to myself. Conveniently, I haven't eaten in a few days and I'm very weak so maybe that's what set me off. Anyway, that's all.

Me Rachel I'm like u I'm small but I eat biscuits and crisps when I go to bed hope it works but don't get in the habit of doing it also have a good breakfast eat midway between breakfast and lunch like a small sandwich or tea cake. Have lunch. Have dinner eat before you go to bed. This works for me hope it helps xx

I got full body lipo in the middle east, I got my arms, back fat, hips, stomach, thighs and knees and double chin done. I was 154 pounds and even though i wasnt fat per say, I was just not happy with the way my body was. I wanted to do my ass but the dr said since he took out all around my waist, that i had an ass under all the fat lmao. I counted calories, track all my good and exercise 4 days a week. I didnt get any stitches or drains, literally i had bandages over the wounds and would get them changed every day, and I had to fly 16 hours back home. It was the best thing i ever did honestly. Lipo isnt a fat sucker instant results, lipo takes out maybe 7 pounds, I lost 17 pounds ON MY OWN. Lipo is the best

I lost 70 pounds 3 years ago, I work out consistently, run, walk an hour every single day, and even maintain discipline when I travel (last year Italy, had only one plate of pasta while everyone didn't give a fuck and indulged in it every chance they got) I do cardio AND strength training, and at 5'0 I STILL look heavy due to the excess lose skin hanging on my thighs, it is one of my absolute biggest insecurities and 3 years later I finally decided to go under the knife and get it removed once and for all. I even decided to lipo the disgusting belly pooch I have hanging which is also almost impossible to get rid of with diet and exercise alone. None of you have the authority to judge ANYONE on this planet regardless of their health habits. I have close friends judging me but they have NO IDEA what it feels like to work your ass off and still not have the body you want, they don't walk around in grandma thighs (not offending anyone, but that's how I truly feel with my thigh fat) so if Trisha felt the need to lipo without even trying, then let her fucking do so, if she wants to eat 10,000 calories like a boss and not work out or live a healthy life-then LET HER FUCKING DO SO, who the fuck are any of you humanoids to tell her whats up? #YouChooseYOUROWNLife

I'm simply voicing my opinion. I like Trisha, but I am disappointed. I've worked so hard for 2 years to lose 80 lbs. I feel so bad for the girls out there who can't afford surgery. She always celebrated her body, and this action doesn't quite reflect that pride.

As someone who works their butt off in the gym and eats clean a majority of the time to be comfortable in my own skin I think you do you!! Just as you said, not everyone can do that. I've tried dieting and working out before and my weight would fluctuate and I couldn't stick with a routine. I found HIIT and weight lifting and LOVE it! And for the first time I'm "dieting" in a way that works for me (counting macros). Everyone needs to find their own way of being comfortable in their own skin. You honestly seem so content right now and I love it! I hope this is the beginning of your fitness and healthy lifestyle journey!

I totally support Trish in getting liposuction but it kinda sucks as a fan because I looked up to her because of the fact that she was thick and confident in herself and honestly gave me a little more self esteem with my own body confidence issues. But I guess that's just me. :/

CharlotteDebs everyone recovers from surgery differently. You should feel no pain after surgery if you take medication as directed! I just went to my first follow up appointment for a laparoscopy which means I have 4 places where they punctured through my abdominal muscle. I felt no pain! I felt great after surgery. Just sleepy! Don't let the pain scare you away.

She didn't get surgery to remove excess skin (which may or may not disappear even with exercise), she got surgery to remove fat that she could have burned off. My mom got a lipo with fat transfer exactly one year ago and we are just now starting to see progress.. her doctor said that it's normal. It's how your body reacts to it, and everyone's body is different. So some are quicker some are longer. My mom got exactly what you got with the "bat wings " (lol) as well and you know she's just know seeing the big butt and "perfect " bod. I say it in quotations because everyone has has different views. You're body looks amazing for 2 weeks post opp! Keep at it girl! I'll be getting what you got by the time I turn 18 ! I'm also happy you're open with your insecurities, because people can relate to this, just as my self with my tummy, even when I was skinny(135-145lbs) I thought I was fat, and now that I'm heavier (245-250lbs) I struggle more.... and I'm going into a lot of detail, but anyways, I love that you're open about your insecurities. I was hoping with this recovery process, you would share you're eating habits, and workout activities, so that myself and others who relate to this, can see what you are doing to improve your life, so that we can do some of those same things in our lives!

You do realise that liposuction is a quick fix right? If you don't maintain a healthy diet you will gain it all back within a few months. It's essentially sucking out excess fat. Which means no more Mukbangs or unhealthy eating if you want to stay in shape. Liposuction was initially invented for skinny fat people, say people whom are in average weight yet have excess belly flab and cannot rid it through exercise. It's generally not a procedure done to remove overall weight on a overweight person. I don't know why surgeons don't make that clear to patients because they end up becoming fat again. Most surgeons just want the money and don't care about telling you if you don't keep on a very strict diet you will gain it all back. Strict diet means cutting out junk food, carbs, fizzy drinks and vegetable meal replacements with daily exercise.
What's even worse is if you gain it back it will be gained back disproportionately. Your arms might be much bigger than your legs. Since she has had her stomach done the fat deposits would go elsewhere on the body apart from the stomach. Anyone who has had lipo has to be extremely careful with weight gain, you essentially can't gain weight ever again. Why doesn't she educate herself on these matters? It's common knowledge Trisha you don't even need a medicine degree to realise that. Honestly I do genuinely like you, but if you were wise you would have realised this was a foolish move, especially knowing that you binge eat and end up gaining loads of weight over a short period of time. I am not saying anything is wrong with surgery, it's fine if you want it, but you need to know what you are getting yourself into and whether you can handle it. Surgeons won't give a rats ass in explaining this to you, plastic surgeons are funded privately opposed to other doctors, they really don't care at all in telling you the details. The level of consent is different with plastic surgeons, because a patient choses out of their own will to get it done opposed to having a tumour removed or something which the state recommends/choses and thus has to explain the full details. Of course they won't tell you everything. In the medical world it's common for other doctors to think plastic surgeons are dodgy people (lool). Honestly please just look after yourself now you have done it, otherwise it's not something you can fix easily.
