- Cooking Restaurant Style Hakka Noodles at home with a tasty and healthy twist of Ching's Just Soak Whole Wheat Hakka Noodles. Now you won’t have to step out every time you crave Vegetable Stir Fry Hakka Noodles.
Ingredients
1 pack (150 gm) Ching’s Just Soak Whole Wheat Hakka Noodle
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
1/2 cup onion, sliced
1/2 cup carrot, thinly sliced
1/2 cup capsicum, thinly sliced
1/2 cup mushroom, sliced
1 pack Ching’s Chowmein Hakka Noodle Masala.
Method:
Boil 5-6 cups of water in a pan. Turn off the heat. Soak the noodles in hot water. Cover and let it stand for 5 minutes. Do not cook/boil the noodles. Drain the water from noodles, and rinse them under running water. Noodles are ready!
Heat the oil in a pan. Add garlic and onion. Saute for 1 minute.Add mixed vegetables. Saute for 2 - 3 minutes.Add the soaked Ching’s Just Soak Whole Wheat Hakka Noodle in the pan with vegetables. Add Ching’s Secret Chowmein Hakka Noodles Masala. Mix well. Whole Wheat Hakka Noodles are ready to serve.
