Same, the first couple of seasons I adore Ross and Rachel realitionship but that "we were on a break" thing just ruined it imo since Ross keep bringing it up. And after that Ross act like he owns her which was so anoyying. So I prefer more Joey and Rachel realitionship.

Honestly, the more I here joeys explanation of Moo point, the more I agree with his definition
It makes some level of sense, in that I get how he came up with it (like you can imagine he misheard moot point, found out what it means, then came up with his assumption as to what a "moo point" is and why it's called that) - he took a different journey, but the destination was the same, seeing as he still ended up with the same meaning (something that doesn't matter.)
Side Note: I'd never heard of the term "moot point" when I first saw that scene, so I thought the whole thing was purely Joey's own thing, like he'd come up with a metaphor or something of his own.

@@mfflscotty2095 he absolutely didn't. he kept getting jealous that she doesn't pay him enough attention to him when she was clearly trying to build her own career and make it on her own, i agree she could've been more clear on the whole mark thing but in a way he should've trusted her and not be an obstacle, same in season 10 when her job in france could have progressed her even more. a supportive partner wouldn't think only on their wills but also about what's best for the other person, and when it all came to his dinosaur job nothing came first. okay, they loved each other, but there are clearly more than that to a healthy relationship. not to mention they kept ruining each other's other relationships throughout the entire show, i hate that the writers made it seem like they're "meant to be". sorry i get too much into it it just annoys me when people glorify toxic relationships

It could of worked but it’s the way the writers excuted the arc like when joey fell in love with Rachel you saw a mature side to joey and you wanted it to happen. The connection was there but then after they ditched to force roscheal. If friends had been made today I don’t think it would of got the backlash it did back then. Today people would hate Rachel and Ross and cringe more at the on and off again bs and be like roey all the way because personality wise they suited and brought out the best of each and as well unlike Ross joey was supportive

To be honest, I actually they could have worked together if they stuck with it. I'm fine that Ross and Rachel got together, because that made more sense, but I found Joey and Rachel good for their time.
If people don't like it, fine I respect that opinion, but I felt it worked until it suddenly didn't (like they rushed them into not working when they made sense before, IMO.)
