Hanging Chad is seriously one of the best Jokers in the entire game. It is so versatile and allows for so many things. Mult, chips, x-mult, money (through gold seal lucky cards or random jokers), whatever you need. So much different types of synergy with many jokers. Might be the only common I routinely put in S-tier. Photograph comes close but ultimately it really is as good as it is because of ballot. This comment is getting long, but I think retriggers are something heavily undervalued when first starting out, then end up being the best thing in the entire game.
I would like to recommend a mod for balatro called “lobotomy corporation”, it is based on the game of the same name. The uniqueness of this mod is that you don’t see what the “abnormalities” (jokers) are doing, their effect will only be known over time. Some of them can be incredibly useful, or harmful.

Roffle quick question, why do you buy vouchers with he reason of clearing up the shop, wouldn't the odds be the same since there is the chance of the tier 2 voucher showing? or is it weighted where tier 2 has less of a chance to show up?
I guess it's because the vouchers can reappear, so a voucher that would appear only 2 times if you bought it and the upgrade, can appear 3 or more times if never bought
Why do you chariot the polychrome king? I don’t see the extra aura of the card added to the 1.5x i would think the steel would make you play the better card less
More for streamlining the deck, making it easier to deck-fix. If all your cards are steel, you don’t worry too much about playing one. Not to mention that Steel Kings with Red Seal are absolutely one of the best cards in the game if you can find both Mime and Baron Jokers

Its not scoring less, its just once you hit e the score reads differently. Incrimenting the number after the e by 1 means scoring 10 times what it took to reach the previous value of e (so 1e15 = 10 times 1e14 = 100 times 1e13). Its like how getting to 1000 points means scoring 100 points 10 times.
They don't do they? His first e hand is e11 and they then progressively increase from there on right? Each additional +1e is ten times the previous e remember

It could show up more than twice, it can't if you're buying
I got 3 eternal of these by ante 2 with a lucky cat on one of my runs. Easiest and most fun run of my life.
