Hey Amina , congratulations on your residence card !! I applied for mine 3 weeks ago and also based on marriage , I was wondering whether I am allowed to work legally while waiting for my card ? And if so , what documents do I need ? thank you in advance and congrats again !!
Thanks for replying! what I meant is do I need a work permit in my case ? and if not , will my passport and Visa type D and marriage certificate suffice ? since my employer is a owner of private company and he spoke to his tax assistant about hiring me but she is saying that there are some difficulties.
@@fadymabrouk4918 I am not anymore familiar about meaning of types of VISA, but if you are married to a Polish citizen you do not need a job to apply for a residence permit + if you are only with a visa student absolutely you can work without a work permit.
Thanks for taking the time to explain , I spoke to my employer , he is saying that for the meanwhile he can't provide a full work contract while I haven't got my residence card yet , but there is an alternative which is mandate contract ( umowa zlecenie ) . Does the university of Warsaw reject me with 6.0 IELTS score or it is easy to accept by school with 6.0 score

How long did it take them to process your TRC?
for me it was around 6 7 months, last one was 4 months
