    I do concur with you, bro. The sad part is that there are agencies or consultants who try to trick the younger generation into accepting misleading information as truth. Education counsellors or agents in India assert that PR is two years behind MS in Ireland while concealing the challenges involved. Not everyone is able to apply for their skills visa or obtain the desired employment. Ireland is now undeniably packed/full and hyped!

    It can be possible, when you tried to apply it was downfall for the AI or something because I don't think 2019 - 2021 was peak time for AI, blockchain was on top in that tech era I would say also We never know about tech gaps these years. The sudden jump of chatgpt changed everything, right now everyone is focusing on AI, but it wont last for longer. Other than development will be on top forever, because for any domain you will be needing development which will act like html css for any new technology.

    I have one question. I am going to ireland on company-sponsored critical skill visa. My wife will of course get stamp1G. She have experience of 8 years in IT field from a reputed company.
    Will it be hard for her to get job in ireland ( Cork specifically)

    • @rohitsharan2008
      @rohitsharan2008  Před 2 lety

      I would say if she will remain on dependent 1G as she doesn't need any sponsorship and considering her experience is 8 years it will be a little easier for her, but not in Cork, mainly in Dublin. Also if you have some contacts in companies , it maybe helpful to get a 'referral' from a senior manager in some company. But ask her to specify to employers that she can remain in 1G untill you are there..

    He is absolutely right. Even people with stamp 4 EU fam which has same rights as Irish/EU citizens have problems getting jobs. At the moment it is very hard to find jobs and the country is very expensive too. It is the second most expensive country in EU but with low salaries. Having a car is essential not forgetting car insurance which cost €2000+ yearly. Don't add the struggles to get a car license here with their fail quota. 80% of the country jobs are in Dublin. To commute to Dublin is another problem because the transportation system is bad.
    If you want a life like USA, Canada, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Norway or Sweden don't come here. Some Eastern EU countries are far better than here.

    One of my friends referred me to this video. I would like to second with the notion. I have ~9 years of experience in Data Analytics and Data Science and I am not even getting calls from any company because of my Indian Name. Even if someone reads your resume then chances of getting interview calls is close to zero because Stamp 1G is not considered legit visa by most of the companies.
    I would strongly advice to avoid Ireland & UK if you are planning to study abroad. Specially those who are having good careers in India.
    P.S Note, I had left India with a very good salary and just yesterday got a better offer in hand, where I had to defend this education in 5 rounds. Even the interviewers in India are aware of substandard quality of education in Europe. But I was able to explain them that I had job experience only in India, which worked in my Favour.

    • @rohitsharan2008
      @rohitsharan2008  Před 2 lety

      Hi Aniruddha, bachelors would be very expensive there but it will depend on what bachelors you are going to do, in general the employer's don't make any effort to recruit expats as they don't want to sponsor their visa, it will be a tough spot if you end up spending lakhs of money and don't get a job there. People with even a master's don't find a job there for atleast 1 year after their graduation.
