  • Arborflex is a modular line from Arbortec which lets you mix and match chainsaw protective base layer with your preferred 'skin'. Pro, Casual, or Storm Skins each have different features, and can be worn on their own or over the base chainsaw layer.

A great new line from Arbortec, what I've been waiting for is someone to come out with saw trousers that have pockets for knee pads like the Snickers work trousers.

Hiigard pants have built in knee pads; they’re awesome. And you can get 3-4 pairs of them for the price of 1 pair of Arbortecs.

McDavid hex compression pads with ANY pair of pants also works. And Arbortec pants are worth the money. They’re that much better.

I’m realizing you need suspenders with all these pants. Not “high step” friendly. Love the rain gear idea.

That comment about looking dirty. It really does matter. If you look professional you feel professional. First person to touch on that. Thank you Dave.

I wish they made some jackets with forearm protection. Why don’t companies make these anymore? It’s so frustrating. They make windbreakers for $300-$600, but with NO protection. Why even make it? It’s just an orange jacket!! If anyone knows where protective jackets are still available, please let me know. I’m in Canada, BTW.

Hey, I don't think Arbortec makes one, but Pfanner makes a Class 1 jacket. It is the StretchAir chainsaw jacket. You may have a Canadian dealer, or we might be able to special order it for you if you call customer service at 1 (360) 306-7113. Stay safe!

What are the inseam lengths? I need at least a 36" and so far cannot find any protective pants that dont fit like Capris.

Hi Jeremiah. We stock the regular leg which is 31"/79cm. We can special order for you the Tall or Extra Tall Legs which are 33"/84cm or 36"/92cm respectively. Please call (800) 268-2141 or use the 'comments' field at checkout to request the longer legs. It will take a little longer to get them, as we have to bring them over from the UK, but at least they won't be capris!
