Southpoint is definitely a throwback to old Vegas where they have a loss leader on their buffet and players stick around to play the tables and slots. They also have midnight specials in the coffee shop.
The _Coronado Cafe_ midnight specials are awesome!

Aloha Bill, Lisa and Erin: Thank you for this review of the South Point buffet. I am amazed at the offerings for the $14.95 breakfast buffet. I was amazed that they offered so much variety at the price-point. The menudo, Spam, and build-your-own loco moco, made this a casino I plan on visiting when I get to Vegas. The unlimited Bloody Marys must have been a “joy” to indulge in while enjoying the buffet. Looking forward to the next segment of your journey in Vegas. Best wishes and much 🧧! 🤙

This is my kind of buffet. Good food at a great price. Not a Bloody Mary person but I would try one as it is included.

The South point buffet is definitely one of the places to hit up, when you are on a budget. The food is not too spectacular but it'll do. Great video guys.

I have them crisp up the corned beef hash and add 5 eggs over easy on top. Of course bacon 🥓 and a waffle with maple syrup on both !!! Yum 🤤
For breakfast I love getting an over easy egg adding it on top of the menudo, or posole letting the yolk run into the soup and eating it like that😁

My my, really good price! Not a drinker and kinda early to be eating a buffet, but we are certainly willing to try and get there, at least, by 8 a.m! We love their Prime Rib Dinner buffet and all that comes with it. Hope to be in Vegas for our annual winter trip!! And hope all the F1 mess is cleared up. Especially by the Bellagio.
Not morning drinkers either, but glad we tried the Bloody Mary’s since they were included. 👍🏼

I need to try that buffee. Will be excellent when I am jetlaged. I also love how Americans talk about Europe as it is one country. Breakfast menus are so different between the countries in the south compare to the north. Even just between Italy and France.

I would bring my biggest winter jacket with many deep pockets with zip locks before I go there. I mean, so I've heard.
I appreciate that they have pork belly and that the spam not too thick. Bear claw (with less chocolate) is a favorite. Sausage patties > links.

Ive been there for dinner buffet... the line was ridiculously long like a 2 and a half hour wait and the food was very mediocre.. we would have been better off with fast food and save our time

I’ve always been curious what nationalities Lisa’s kids are… ?
Half Chinese & Hispanic.
Lots of choices, but I don’t eat at buffets. Even at $17.95, I’d never eat my moneys worth. I eat 1 egg, 1 piece of toast and 1 slice of bacon maximum. Once I start to feel full, I stop eating immediately. I hate feeling dumpy after overeating. The flip side is I love to cook, so I share a lot. Yesterday I made breaded pork chops, meatloaf, Cuppa Cake, Midnight Pasta and Homemade rice-a-roni. If I don’t share, I will have to toss it. I don’t usually cook this much all at once, but I felt like it.
I am exactly like you.. But for 15.00, I would try this buffet and have a tablespoon of all kinds of things.
