Whizzer Black Knight (NE5) start, idle adjust, short pass

A quick video detailing what I understand to be correct starting procedure for a Whizzer Motor Bike. Don't climb atop the center stand!
Caught a flat right in front of the house so I'm forced to acknowledge it probably came from my own recent tire change from just yesterday?!
