My Grandparents were from Poland. When my grandfather died I was 13 and moved in with my grandmother to help her. She didn’t speak English or could not read or write. She would always have an apron on and in the pocket was her rosary. I would see her many times during the day with her hand in the pocket and she would be saying her rosary. I could hear her saying it. She would kneel down every night by her bed and pray in polish. She lived till she was 96 years old. I loved her so much. Such good memories.

I loved my great-grandmother my Babici. She would pray her rosary in bed too. She lived to be 95 and I had her till I was 32 years old. I just lost my dear mother 3 weeks ago and my grandmother is still here. Please pray for the soul of my Mother . Her name is Sharon.

I am one of the youth you speak of father. The last 5 years was a very scary road deeply diving into new age and open to just about anything..... the things I saw and experienced father 😭....and in all my experimenting I found no peace no truth like the catholic faith. Nothing even compares. October 3rd 2021 I confessed, and renounced all of it even my reiki mastery. All at his feet. My heart and my will, my life...belongs to god king ALONE and I will tell my story and humble myself before any soul. May Christ use my experience and humility to build the kingdom 🙏

Much of the story on Boko Haram is true. Some of the girls were released in batches as the priest described. Also, last month in northern Nigeria, the story (with images) was told of a group of people who were going to attack a church. Thunder struck their vehicle and set them ablaze. None survived. Miracles still happen because our God is a living God.

The story about the martyrs of Uganda is so moving , one was tied to a tree and skinned alive wild dogs tore him apart but never gave up his love for the Lord, then those that were burnt alive kept singing and praying..their stories are so moving you wonder if we have half the faith and trust in Jesus Christ they had...🙏🙏🙏

I struggle praying the rosary. My mind wanders a lot. This talk is what I need. Thanks Fr.
Get your Bible and read the passages that go to the mysteries until you have memorized them. Then when you have, picture those things at the beginning of each decade. It has helped me and I am less distracted.

Go to A site called A Catholic Minute on youtube they have many prayers including the rosary with all mysteries. It's run by a young couple with their 7 young children. You can pray along with them as they say all prayers at the perfect speed and with heartfelt emotion. 💙🙏🏿💙🙏🏻💙
I witness 3 persons who prayed the Rosary religiously, they did not struggle when they died. They just sleep. The promise of the Rosary is very real. I pray the devotion to the Rosary will spread worldwide.

Nigeria is at a trying period at the moment. So a group of Catholics ( total strangers) begun a midnight rosary via Google meet daily, where we are praying for Our Lady's intercession over the insecurity in the country and the 2023 election in which one of the presidential aspirants is a devout rosary praying catholic.
This is a confirmation from the Holyspirit for me not to give up because I was having some sort of doubt that our prayers were ineffective .
This popped up immediately I opened my CZcams this morning .

I carry my rosary in my pyjama's pocket, and if I happened to wake up during the night, I'll pray the rosary and by the second decade I would fall back to sleep. Mamma Mary is wonderful!❤🙏

About a year ago I started to pray the rosary daily and one day after I woke up all I could smell was very significant smell of roses and I started to run around the house to look for open window because I didn't understand where is the fragrance coming from but there wasn't any open window!!! Thank you Father, You just helped me to feel less guilty when I couldn’t concentrate when I say the Rosary. I even fell asleep a few times but I know the evil one doesn’t want me to say it . By the help of Mother MARY, I sometimes overcome that tiredness by moving around. I was worried that I am sinning but now, I know it could be Our LADY helping me. GOD bless for this talk you gave.
Thank you for sharing Our Lady of Las Lajas. I was so fascinated by it when I first discovered it a year ago. How can anyone deny something so miraculous? Unexplainable by science. My mother would say when you fall asleep praying the rosary, your guardian angel will finish it for you! Praise be God! Yes I have those times when it is hard to get through too. If I fall asleep at night praying it, I make myself finish in the morning from the last thing I remember from before I fell asleep. I think it drives the devil nuts. Do it with your coffee or tea.

I found it so difficult to pray the rosary without being distracted by other things. But since over 20 years I pray rosary daily and as the years went by, I found out that these distractions have dissapeared. When I could not sleep from distress, I only took a rosary and began to pray thanking satan for waking me up to pray my rosary.😄😄 I never came to the second decade without falling asleep. I did this several times and the devil stopped disturbing my sleep. He knows what I would do if he does that. Now I fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow without bad dreams or nightmares! Rosary is wonderful. It has trully changed my life. Yes, satan hates the rosary prayers. Thank you Father for this lesson it only strengthen me to devote myself even more to this wonderful prayer.🙏🙏🙏🙏

I have always loved the Rosary. When I was a kid we always prayed the Rosary after dinner, led by my mother. Then in the 60s and 70s we were told that Vatican II had gotten rid of all devotions and we should no longer say the Rosary. My visit to Medjugorje in 1988 changed all that. Now I pray it daily. Thank you Fr. Chris for your teachings on a most beautiful and efficacious devotion.

I use to Pray the JOYFUL, SORROWFUL, and the GLORIOUS Mysteries nearly everyday. And because of my back the Dr. told me never to kneel again and I stop praying for along time, then I said to myself why can't pray it sitting so I started praying again and it is hard get praying the all Mysteries again. because we all need the to PRAY THE ROSARY everyday. I want too get back into Praying the full Rosary again for all our souls need it.
Great, great talk on the Rosary Father, you're an excellent teacher and through you I am overcoming my misgivings about Mary. I was raised in a Protestant home where Mary was mentioned once a year...at Christmas. But she's coming into focus for me now and all the pieces of the puzzle are coming together. Thank you for these beautiful Divine Mercy- understanding our Faith episodes. These help me so much. I grew up Catholic but know VERY little about the Canon laws, Dogma's, basically the Baltimore catechism and Bible. I know a lot about the Angel's and Saints. These episodes teach me so much. My spiritual attacks while praying the rosary really discouraged me from wanting to pray it. Now, before I pray I ask for the Holy Spirit to come into my mind. I then ask for the intercession of St. Mary, St. Joseph, St. Michael, Padre Pio, St. Gemma, and my Guardian Angel to pray for me and protect me while meditating. After that, I have no internal distractions.
I experience this too.. but it pushes me more to pray the rosary knowing that the enemy doesn’t want me to.. i ask god to give me the strength and the faith to keep going and he never fails to give me it 🙏🏼 you’re not the only one. God bless you !

Thank you Fr. Chris for these two teachings on the Rosary, some new information and some review (always good to review and get a deeper understanding of anything). I find it is easier to pray the rosary in the morning, but if I end up getting to it in the evening, I persevere as best I can through distractions, sometimes taking more that 30 minutes to finally finish! Explanation of praying the rosary during Adoration was very informative. Blessings to you and all Marian Priests and Marian Helpers!

Thank you fr.Chris, I learn so much from you, and I enjoy so much listening to your lectures , you are God sent. I made a promise to the virgin Mary that I would never ever skip a day of praying the rosary. It´s been 3 months now and still going strong. I do the joyful mysteries on Mon & Thu, sorrowful on Tue & Fri, glorious on Wed, Sat & Sun. I find myself more focused doing it this way. I sure hope it´s acceptable.🙏

That's true the rosary has power. I was sick when I was in high school in Rwanda and I was laying in my bed at night. That time something was chocked me until my voice was gone. I took my rosary and prayed. I said " Holy Father" prayer and I got released and my voice came back. The roommates was telling me that I was screaming so bad like I was fighting with something strong. I was really scared, then someone told us that homes we lived in has a bad spirit. From that time I prayed so hard until they moved us to another homes.The rosary is powerful. I always has it in my car and my rooms. I was a Catholic, but I baptized in 7th day adventist because my husband, but I still caring my rosary and I told .y husband no take it out of our car.God is good and knows us how weak we are. But He will still be there for us and wait when we will be back to him. He loves you and I.

The story about Ted Bundy is absolutely true. When I was living in Tallahasse I was a member of the co-cathedral of St. Thomas More. That same Monsignior, (can't remember his name) who was went to minister to the girl, who had been his parishoner,told about it. He also said the Bishop was the one who sent him to see Ted Bundy because Bundy had requested him specifically. He said it was the hardest thing he ever had to do.

Hello Father Chris, I didn't need proof of the rosary. Mother Mary intervened for me 38 years ago and I have eternal gratitude. The experience I had while saying the rosary occurred a few years after that. I was praying for my brother, Chas, who died in a car crash at 18 yrs. old. I prayed the sorrowful mysteries. I can tell you that I was at the foot of the cross with Mary, and I felt her emotional distress. You encouraged me to say the rosary and I will do it now. One of the things you said that inspired me was that Satan attacks the rosary. Satan better stay away from the rosary. That's from the mother of Jesus and God may be slow to anger, but when He does get angry He implements perfect justice. So thank you Father Chris for all that you do, and I believe God's blessings are upon you.
