Saab is a super chill guy IRL.. but at what point people are gonna realise his cop characters leading the PD is a problem. Squeex in cells literally got fed up and said just give me all the charges... I have been sitting her for hours without any interaction and then Slacks comes over and sents him for a month..... Like aren't they supposed to promote RP ?

In 3.0 saab admin laughed as cops made ooc comments about cg. Then acted surprised when cg left the server and his own chat called him out for it.

Its pretty much the same people in pd, so its not surprising the problems remains the same. Even the chases is the same ol dogshit from 3.0. Pile on 4-5 cars that are better than the crims and then eventually turn it into bumper cars.

I just don’t see how this ended with him getting fired and not just given DAP points like everyone else. That’s what doesn’t make any sense. You can’t lie about what you don’t remember, and maybe if there was proper leadership the officers would get better trained on what their leadership is expecting.

All Johnson had to do was say I made a mistake, lost composure, it wont happen again. Don't know why that is so hard. He fought a civilian while on duty and still doesn't seem to think that's wrong. Funny part is Ramee and Mr K were the ones complaining about Johnson to the Captains in the first place.

In a RP sense, you’d think the 2 officers who didn’t intervene or stop the fight would be severely punished. Especially after an officer was assaulted first.

Ramee was honestly useless here... didn't question the excessive use of force (whch wasn't excessive), didn't question why Mr K wasn't called to compare statements, how officers with even more hard mistakes still on force, etc.

He's too blinded by Ruth, which is it's own problem, to actually handle Johnson's case which would be pretty simple to debunk. Could've brought up the raid that was incorrectly facilitated 2 vs 6 guns is a big difference.
Baas is being hostile against a cop that was incorrectly disciplined. I think this is the first time baas has admitted that Johnson's story actually aligned with the other officers story, other than the concussed officer was missing a few details.

It literally would not have mattered what they argued, it wasn't going to help. Slacks is dying on this hill because he does not see himself as being in the wrong. Nor does he see his officers as being in the wrong. He literally said that he heard Mr. K was going to make a complaint and told Johnson that he did make a complaint when he didn't. So he literally fired Johnson for doing the same thing that he thinks Johnson did and that's lie. But he does not see it that way. Slacks does mental gymnastics in his head to convince himself that he's not in the wrong. That's why a lot of his decision-making makes no sense to anyone else but him.

I don't see why Johnson doesn't pursue a discriminatory case. As a black man, if I were in his position, I'd drag them through the courts for this. I'd even have Denzel testify to the PD constantly harassing him and treating black characters more unfairly than other officers. (I know they aren't actual racists) Given that Denzel is always getting DAP points for the smallest things, it could really go in their favor.

The streamer believes himself to be right, ALWAYS, and that’s the problem with him being part of high command. It has always been that way with Saab. Leaders need to be able to learn from their mistakes, admit the mistake and change.

I'm kind of with Slacks on this, Johnson can't use the excuse "If I knew I wouldn't have done it." When multiple times they have told the officers that they can't, Johnson has zero accountability. The other stuff he was fired for though, yea Id prefer if he wasn't fired and instead just suspended and learned to improve, and I guess can also say the same for the gun stuff, but still he needs to take accountability.
