Hey, depends on the SD card you are getting, I recommend getting a faster and better quality SD card from a reputable brand, but I already played cyberpunk from the SD card and it runs great

Did you disable high resolution textures and how do you get it to open when I try to open it it always takes a long time and did you change the vram as well
Hey, the sd card plays a big role in this, you have to have a fast one if you want windows and games to open faster, yes, i did change the vram in the bios, tbh i didnt see a big improvement

Did you try switching to Direct X12 instead of using dx11

@@keitakun8879 I installed steam deck tools and I get decent fps (60/80) in 720p I don't recommend putting 1080p
Also I fixed the VPN issue by verifying the game.Battery isn't that great but it's a good experience
I Use like tsr Low, medium shadows and high post processing

Thats weird, shouldn’t happen, never got kicked out of a game because of it, prob they updated their security, havent played in a while

Hey, did u download windows 11 in a Sd card? If yes what kind of sd card you got? You also have to change the vr ram in the bios settings to 4gb, i will make a video showing how to do that, and thats all i did to play fortnite on my steam deck
@@RgbWave if I have windows 11 I have the bios in 4gb and I installed the windows in the internal memory and the sd is Samsung 512 gb evo select and I installed Fortnite in the sd and the windows in the internal memory and with that I have drops in fps and I try to see how connect my nintendo switch controller to the steam deck.
@@benjaminalarcon5159 Im not sure what might be wrong, the only difference is that you have windows in the internal storage but that shouldn’t impact the performance in my opinion, i would suggest you to lower the 3d resolution, see if theres any change in fps and lag

@@benjaminalarcon5159 To see the frames you will have to download a app to see the frames, i use this one called msi afterburner with riva tuner, theres many videos showing how to do that and it’s pretty easy

Hey, i installed steam os in the micro sd card, so it doesnt affect the main ssd where steam os is installed, you can even use both if u want
