@music kid, anyone is welcome at the IJA! If you’re under age I believe you’d need to have a parent/guardian there, but that’s the only restriction. Definitely no age limit :) And no, you don’t have to be a fancy juggler to attend. If you like juggling, you’re welcome there! You’ll learn a lot and get better!

You HAVE to try unicycling! It’s lots of fun to learn and actually much easier than you would think once you get the hang of it
Goldeneye was the BEST game on N64, without question. though, N64 was amazing so it could be hard to prove that, but we played the heck out of that in high school
Honestly, perfect dark is far superior. It's what the rare team wanted goldeneye to be if they hadn't been given a time limitation.

When I was in college I used to sit next to this guy that could spin his pen on the back of his hand. It was beyond fascinating and I never came close to being able to do it. This is decently inspiring but I'm not about to buy special weighted pens, heh. Maybe making a heavy sharpie would be good to practice with?
As a pen spinner I must say that u are doing pretty well but I recommend that you do not practice with factory made mods especially Zhigao it’s a huge mistake beginner pen spinners make
Basically zhigao mods are really heavy for beginners and barbells for them are slightly thinner stopping the momentum
I believe though if you improve ur technique u will improve and by6 months time you will be and intermediate spinner

Zhigao isn't too bad of a foundation. Certain versions can be defined to have spun as decent as an Ivan mod. However, Zhigao v16 which op was using isn't too great either. A change towards something like a Hal KT, Ivan would be a better choice. However, a spinner is not limited from a specific weight or length a mod has to be. Any pen, even unmods can get you pass the fundamentals along with some simple hybrids. But generally, it comes to the rule of "spin whatever you like"
Categorizing spinners towards a specific category of skill is also a myth. It's hard to define what an intermediate is in the first place. If the answer is tricks, it'll be incorrect either as one can't judge the difficulty of a trick. This also applies to mods as they also can't be categorize depending on the spinner's skills. However, there are mods that are generally better to spin than others depending on your spinning style. For example, one would rather a Buster, Giotto mod, energel st to use when executing power tricks than using an mx, rushon dc, unmods like stalogy or dg, etc. However, like mentioned above, one isn't restricted to specific mods.

I completely agree with the discussion about the Star Wars Trilogies. Even if you hate the prequels or the new sequels, it doesn't ruin what already was great (if it was great). If someone doesn't like the originals anymore then it's because the sheen of nostalgia has worn off and they just wouldn't like it it were new today either.
