- Back at 15 Division, everyone's nervous for change. Dov is now a detective-in-training. Traci is heading up Guns & Gangs. Oliver is back as a staff sergeant. Chloe's just happy she’s staying put. While Andy, Chris and Gail will be training rookies. Oliver gives his final morning briefing. It’s time to get to work: serve, protect and don't screw up!

out of all the shows I’ve watched rookie blue ending will forever be my favorite 🥺
I was sad that the show ended, but it has one of the few endings that I like.
I honestly love how Oliver says “don’t screw up” like the first episode but I also thought he said “don’t screw them” which I think would have been even better ending
So much more could've been done with the rookies now training rookies

was Oliver referring to that time Andy arrested Sam on her first day while he was undercover? That's wat I'm thinking because when he said "Don't screw up" he was looking right at her.
Maybe it’s referring to the first time Andy was training a rookie (Duncan) and if you watched the show you know how that went
