If you need to soothe an over spicy food in your mouth, you need plain natural yogurt, (as Indian restaurants serve) mint raita which is national yogurt with mint, or cucumber sometimes. A spoonful of yogurt kills the heat.👍

Yes, it's amazing how someone can start up a CZcams channel telling people how to cook a ready meal and give you their idea of its quality and taste, and be considered an expert and great.

Apparently Iceland have brought a big MSc type dipping sauce. Tastes nothing like it unfortunately more like burger sauce or seafood sauce 😂😅😮
